Vision offers a full service repair centre on various products such as currency counters, coin counters, black lights, counterfeit detectors and related devices. Our on site technicians are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.

• All products sold by vision have a one-year warranty that covers parts and labor.
   
• The warranty covers manufacturer's defects . No physical or liquid damage will be covered under warranty.
   
• Defective units to be sent prepaid to Vision Currency Technologies. Vision will not pay for shipping.
   
• Vision reserves the right to repair or replace a defective unit.
   
• Defective units not under warranty are repaired upon confirmation of the repair estimate.
   
• Using parts not authorized by Vision on any product will void warranty. Example using A/C adaptors not supplied by Vision.
   
• All returns require a RMA number. This number is obtained by calling Visions service department.
   
• All products purchased within a 2-week period that have a problem do to regular manufacturers warranty will be replaced.
